Oral presentations (F2F)

- Duration of an oral presentation: 10min max,

- Clear and readable slide show at a distance of 10m on a 3×4 screen

- Slides not loaded with text. Prefer images/photos/schematics

- Clear and concise presentation and explanation of results

- Good articulation and clear and audible speech.

- Original scientific content respecting the main theme of the conference and the sub-themes in question

Online oral presentations (virtual)

- Duration of an oral presentation: 10min max,

- Clear and readable slideshow

- Slides not loaded with text. Prefer images/photos/schematics

- Clear and concise presentation and explanation of results.

- Good articulation and clear and audible speech.

- Original scientific content respecting the main theme of the conference and the sub-themes in question

Poster presentation (F2F)

- Use a minimum size of 100cmx80cm

- Follow the template instructions for font and size.

- Poster very clear and readable at a distance of 1m

- POSTER not loaded with text. Prefer images/photos/schematics

- Hang your POSTER after your registration in the space dedicated to this purpose.

- Original scientific content respecting the main theme of the conference and the sub-themes in question

- Always keep your POSTER near you during POSTERS sessions

- Present your research and explain your findings clearly and concisely to the participants and the awards committee.

- Collect and store your POSTER on the last day of the conference.

Electronic Poster Presentations (online)

- VERY CLEAR POSTER

- POSTER not loaded with text. Prefer images/photos/schematics

- Original scientific content respecting the main theme of the conference and the sub-themes in question

- Always be prepared to answer any questions or clarifications about your POSTER during the POSTERS sessions

- Present your research and explain your findings clearly and concisely to the participants and the awards committee.
