Insignia
All registered participants will receive a personal badge upon registration and are asked to wear it during sessions or any social event.
Mobile Phones
Participants are asked to turn off their cell phones or use silent mode during all presentations.
Program changes
The organizers are not responsible for any changes in the program due to external or unforeseen circumstances. The organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, move or modify any of the sessions or to add new sessions.
Certificates of attendance
Certificates of participation are given to all participants.
Notice
The organizing committee assumes no responsibility for any damage and/or loss that may be sustained by a conference participant during conference activities or conference-related social events. Participants take part in all conference-related events at their own risk. Participants are advised to bill any loss or damage they may incur during the conference or travel to and from the conference venue to their insurance.
Force majeur
The organizers reserve the right to cancel the ELSES conference without notice or compensation in the event of force majeure (for example, but not limited to, acts of nature such as fire, earthquake, hurricane, volcanic eruption, flood or terrorist attacks). In such cases, the organizers are released from any liability and no responsibility for any claims for damages and/or losses will be accepted. Limitation of liability of the organization: In the event that the ELSES Conference cannot be held due to force majeure, as long as this is not attributable to the organizers, the organization will only be obliged to reimburse the payments received minus the costs it has incurred for the preparation of the event. This liability extends only to payments made directly to the conference organization and not to payments made by participants to hotels or airlines.
Insurance
The Conference Organizing Committee will not accept responsibility for individual medical, travel or personal insurance for conference participants. All participants are strongly advised to purchase personal insurance prior to attending the Conference. The organizing committee will not be responsible for loss or damage to participants' personal belongings.
Banks
Banks are open Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm. Banks are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Many banks have automatic exchange offices that also accept credit cards. Most hotels, restaurants and stores accept major credit cards.
Electricity
The voltage is 230 V, 50 Hz. The plugs have two or three round pins. A foreign voltage may require an adapter.

Public transport
Authorized Taxies are white in color and Big Taxies are blue in color, have an identification number and can be hailed at any time (24 hours a day), anywhere on the streets and at cab stands.
Martil and Tetouan has a complete bus network. The services operate every day from 06:00 to 21:00. Tickets cost 4DH (about €0.37).
Weather
At the end of April - beginning of May, the average temperature oscillates between 18°C and 24°C.
